Our production capabilities include die cutting, molding, extruding, splicing, and hand fabrication. In many cases, several production methods may be required to produce the right gasket for the application. We manufacture rubber gaskets and seals from both solid and sponge materials and a variety of compounds including Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Viton and Silicone. We offer standard commercial grade materials and specification grade materials to meet Military, FDA and ASTM Specifications.

Regional Rubber manufactures custom Foam Gaskets in a variety of materials in various densities. Our foam materials include Volara Cross linked Polyethylene, PORON Microcellular Polyurethanes, Silicone and Polyurethane foam. We stock a large inventory of popular materials so that we can respond quickly when you need a quick turnaround on a Custom Foam Gasket. Most materials are available. We also offer a variety of PSA options to meet you specific requirement.

Our steel rule tooling is designed from blue print, electronic CAD files, and from samples that customers present.
