Parker Zander WVM compressed air dryers provide an energy efficient heat regenerated compressed air drying solution for large scale compressed air applications. Ideal for electronics and automotive production plants but suitable for all general manufacturing industries where typically high volume flows and low pressure dewpoints are required. Providing energy savings of up to 25% compared to conventional systems, WVM series compressed air dryers can be equipped with heat exchangers that allow steam or other available process heat sources to be used for heat regeneration. This alternative regeneration process can be employed in addition to or instead of the standard electrical heaters, resulting in even higher energy savings. Features: Two layered desiccant bed Active heating under vaccum Intensive cooling Pressure build-up on the wet side Dew point control as standard Changeover without dewpoint peak Reliable dewpoint down to 70C Function alarm Various options for optimal adaptability to customer needs Benefits: Low energy costs No air loss Regeneration without purge air Low regeneration temperature WVM series compressed air dryers combine highest quality and reliability with the added peace of mind of being covered by a two year extended warranty scheme*, as well as being backed by a variety of global approvals. *For details on extended warranty, please see www.polewr.com. Compressed Air Dryers

  • REPLACEMENT ELEMENT 100-18-DX, 100-18-BX
  • WEIGHT (LB) 50
The Balston regenerative dryer has safe, 12 VDC electrical controls. To install, simply attach the inlet (60 psig4.1 BARG minimum) and outlet air lines, plug the electrical transformer into a wall outlet - no electrician required - and the unit is ready for trouble-free operation. This reliable dryer can be easily installed, operated, and maintained by personnel not trained in instrumentation. The Balston dryer is useful when air comes into contact with moisture-sensitive materials, or when outside compressed air lines are subjected to sub-freezing temperatures. Features & Benefits of Parker Balston PSA Air Dryer: -Reduces the dewpoint of compressed air to -100F (-73C) -Unattended 24 hour operation -Lightweight and compact -No desiccant to change

Parker Hiross Antares dryers with Tandem Technology are an innovative family of compressed air dryers for volume flows from 150 to 2040 mh @ 7 bar g PDP -40C. Tandem Technology from Parker Hiross is a further development of the standard hybrid compressed air drying process. Compared to the conventional hybrid compressed air treatment process which is a simple lining-up of a refrigeration and an adsorption dryer, the Tandem Technology goes one step further and fully integrates the two classic drying principles in a compact compressed air treatment package. This unique combination enables high-quality compressed air to be provided to the end-user at low energy consumption levels when compared to more traditional adsorption dryers. Key benefits in detail: - A reduction of energy consumption up to 60% against traditional heatless desiccant dryers. This enables a payback time of less than 24 months. Even higher savings are possible in partial load situations or when the required pressure dew point is above 0C. - The pressure dew point is freely adjustable between 5C and -70C with no physical changes to the dryer, i.e. like changing an orifice, a nozzle or type of desiccant material in order to reach the desired the dew point. - Antares series compressed air dryers work with high compressed air inlet temperatures of up to 65C. - Very low cost of ownership, especially due to reduced maintenance costs. Compared to standard adsorption dryers, Antares series compressed air dryers need much less desiccant material. Additionally, some Antares models do not even need regular vessel inspections, the downtime therefore is very low. - Antares helps to keep process safety at a very high level with three integrated high performance filters that are validated according to the demanding ISO12500 standards. - Antares series compressed air dryers are very compact; their footprint is considerably smaller compared to standard hybrid dryers of a similar performance.
