GENERAL INFORMATIONA thermally activated valve provides reliable, automated, and non electric solutions for control through thermal expansion. In real-time our thermal valves monitor temperature within applied systems and perform the tasks of port diverting, mixing, and or port modulation. Our thermal valves can also be paired with pressure regulating features if required. Some of our valves require a housing manifold while others are self contained in a simple multi-port body. GENERAL INFORMATIONManifolds are simply machined housings that contain valve and or actuator (wax motor) technology. These necessary components provide the environment for our valves and actuators. Manifolds are machined to provide proper porting that will ensure compatibility within your system, fluid control ports can be machined in any configuration you require. MULTI AXIS & FIVE AXIS CNC MACHININGWe have an array of state-of-the-art CNC machining centers ranging from 3 to 5 axis that enables us to machine without limitations. Typically our manifolds are machined out of aluminum however we are able to process other types of material. CAD CAM CAPABILITIESWe utilize Solidworks for three dimensional modeling in conjunction with the latest build of MasterCAM to generate our machine instruction and implement rigorous quality control standards aligned with ISO, and AS certification boards. GENERAL INFORMATIONBulb & Capillary thermostats provide system designers the freedom to place system controls in remote locations away from the heat source while still mechanically sensing thermal levels. This class of thermostat relies on a special sealed blend of thermal material within the bulb & capillary assembly to sense heat. Thermal energy "heat" causes the material to expand which opens and closes electrical contacts.
