A threaded assembly intended to attach temporarymetal signs to barricades or metal posts that aretransported from one job site to another. No sharpedges are exposed on either end of the bolt thatcould damage other sign faces. The sign is firstattached with a hex head bolt and a nylon insertlocknut (for vibration.) Then a nylon cap is pushedonto the head of the bolt and an acorn nut isthreaded onto the shank of the bolt.
