Designed by North American, the OV-10 Bronco is a rugged, maneuverable, twin-turboprop, multi-purpose, multi-mission, light attack aircraft used by all three branches of the U.S. military as well as Germany, Thailand, Venezuela and Indonesia. The OV-10 was originally developed in cooperation with the U.S. Marine Corps through the Light Armed Reconnaissance Aircraft (LARA) program and produced as a forward air control aircraft, performing observations, helicopter escorts, reconnaissance, gunfire spotting, personnel transport and ground attack. Faster and more tactically versatile than helicopters, yet slower and more maneuverable than jets, the OV-10 utilized tactics not possible with either.

Our license agreement with Boeing allows us to manufacture proprietary spare parts, utilizing OEM drawings, specifications and other technical data. Overhaul and repair support is also available for all our licensed aircraft. Experienced engineers and technicians use current DoD manuals and the latest drawing revisions to ensure customer aircraft and components are returned to safe operational status in a timely manner. Maney Aircraft, Inc. provides upgrades for supported aircraft including Service Life Extension Programs (SLEP), avionics modernization, engine upgrades and weapon system improvements. Programs are developed to customer requirements using our extensive technical data library. Upgrades are furnished as kits for installation by the customer or can be fully installed by our technicians. Specialized maintenance such as Non-Destructive TestingNon-Destructive Inspections (NDTNDI), fuel system cleaning, and hydraulic service are available. Training courses are available for the OV-10 Bronco and the T-2 Buckeye. Experienced instructors provide initial and recurrent training for engine and airframe components. Maintenance training courses are available at the customers location for depot, intermediate and organizational level maintenance.

A variety of hydraulic pumps is offered for various liquid output
pressure up to 33, 500 psi (2311 bar). Sprague Products pumps
service water, oil and most corrosive chemicals, and are rugged,
service-proven and virtually maintenance-free.
The Sprague Products positive-displacement type pump
converts air inlet pressure to hydraulic output pressure. The
pump uses low pressure air to act on a large area piston to
produce high hydraulic pressure with a small area piston.
In operation, the pump reciprocates rapidly until the system
liquid pressure nears the desired level, then slows to a stop
when the liquid pressure equals or balances the air pressure.
This liquid-air pressure balance is maintained indefinitely in a
holding condition with minimal energy consumption and with no
increase in fluid temperature or parts movement.
In contrast, a motor driven pump in a holding condition must
continue to operate to maintain a pressure level. Excess liquid
must be bypassed or recirculated back to the reservoir, resulting
in energy loss, heat build-up, and the need for bypass components
and a larger reservoir.
The Sprague Products pump is efficient in operation and simple
in design. Compared to other types of hydraulic pumps, it
provides cost effective and energy saving benefits for many
industrial and research applications.

The T-2 Buckeye was produced by North American Aviation as a jet trainer aircraft for the U.S. Navy. The trainer established an outstanding record of safety and reliability and provided a wide variety of training for more than 11, 000 students, including high-altitude, high-speed formation and aerobatic flights, basic and radio instruments, night and day navigation and gunnery, bombing and carrier operations. The Buckeye was the primary jet trainer for the U.S. Navy until it was replaced by the T-45 Goshawk in 2008. Two other countries currently operate the T-2, the Hellenic Air Force in Greece with approximately 35 T-2E models and the Venezuelan Air Force with several T-2D models. Both use the aircraft for training and light attack.

HSU-1100.
Components include S-216-() pump, air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator, air shut-off
valve, muffler, manifold, liquid bleed valve, air pressure gauge, liquid-filled liquid pressure
gauge with quick disconnect fitting.

Components include S-216-J-()-SS pump, air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator, air
shut-off valve, muffler, liquid bleed valve, air pressure gauge, liquid-filled liquid pressure
gauge with quick disconnect fitting.

Available as HSU-1102 with the addition of a by-pass circuit that allows quick fills from your
inlet source.

Compact power unit has same components as HSU-1100 with the addition of a three gallon
(11.4 liters) stainless steel reservoir.
Reservoir is fitted with filter-breather-screen assembly, suction filter inline to pump, and sight
glass to show liquid fill point.
Base flanges of reservoir have four mounting holes.
Designed to improve suction capability of higher ratio pumps and eliminate dry start-ups.

Air-operated piston pump mounted on tubular frame with wheels for extreme portability.
Hydro gauges, valves and pump regulator all panel-mounted.
Output pressure adjusted by setting air pressure regulator to pump.
Pump automatically shuts off at set pressure; re-starts when pressure drops.
