We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Vacuum panel Holding Bar, Hot Melt Systems, high pressure equipment, Mid Size Applicator and Special Hot Melt Systems
The new Vacuum panel holder sticks to the existing magnet bars on any standard Spraymation machine. Each bar has 23 positions for suction cups on 1 inch centers (25mm). Unused positions are blocked with a screw. Suction cup spacing can be set up to accommodate any panel size or 3 dimensional test target. Typically 8 suction cups are used. The vacuum securely holds the target in place while still allows positional adjustments. The vacuum system works with steel, aluminum, plastic or even paper targets. The vacuum is generated but a small venturi device that operated on 70PSI (5 Bar) of compressed air. Individual bars can be ordered or a complete 3 bar system can be ordered as 311415-3.
The newly updated 970 Series THERMOPULSE Units are high performance, trouble free, industrial quality hot melt application systems, with features not previously available except at much higher cost. Compact and ruggedly constructed, an adjustable pressure pulsation free pump, supplies molten adhesive to either a handgun applicator, or one of several types of ELECTROMATIC automatic applicator heads. Sophisticated electronic solid state circuitry controls temperature, at three different zones, with an accuracy of +- 1%. All heater circuits are individually fused. Temperature adjustments are positive and simple to make. A digital display monitors individual temperatures, or scans through all zones. Although it is unlikely that trouble shooting will be needed, a built-in diagnostic circuit displays error codes to enable the user to rapidly determine what steps should be taken for correction. The unit is shipped ready to run upon receipt in your plant. Handguns require no connections. Automatic guns require only a connection to the initiating signal.
Standard stainless steel, air operated, pumping systems are designed for use with ELECTROMATIC XV and XXV Automatic Airless Spray Extrusion Applicator Heads for applying cold adhesives and other similar fluids for applications in packaging, disposable manufacture, paper converting, assembly operations, and other applications where automatic or semi-automatic control of dispensing of such material is required. Two basic types of pumping systems can be supplied and each type is available in one of two pumping ratios ("Inlet air pressure to fluid outlet pressure" ratio) including 50:1 (388500 Series), and 20:1 (388800 Series). All pumping systems include high pressure output filter, inlet suction filter, all necessary air regulator equipment, and all wetted parts of stainless steel construction. 55 gallon and 5 gallon models include stainless steel drumpail cover, while wall mounted version includes mounting bracket, siphon hose, and siphon tube for use in user's container. Maximum fluid pressure is 2500 PSI for 50:1 models and 1000 PSI for 20:1 models. Typical maximum delivery of pump (dependent on material used) is 1.0 gallons per minute for 50:1 ratio, and 2.0 gallons per minute for 20:1 ratio. In most cases, 10-80 PSI plant compressed air is required for operation of pump. Various modifications can be supplied to meet a user's individual requirements including fluid hoses, applicator heads, etc..
The new Electromatic XVI, 99200 Series Applicator Head, for cold fluids, is a smaller version design of the original Electromatic 79200 Series applicator. It offers many advantages at a lower cost and provides a lighter unit for moving applications, with performance similar to the full size Electromatic XV Applicator. It uses a standard spring, plunger, seat adapter, seat, and locknut. The fluid tube, coil, coil housing and body are new. The fluid inlet is ½-20 JIC and all standard tips and Spraymation fluid hoses, may be used. The applicator coil is 24 VDC only, requiring 1.4 amps for operation. The coil power requirement will allow two applicators to be operated on one 24 VDC gun driver, included in a Spraymation DC Power Supply or Pattern Controller, reducing system costs. The applicator coil strength is approximately 70% of the Electromatic XV, and the size is 70% of the original applicator, weighing only 15 ounces. The Electromatic XVI applicator requires about 1 ms extra of ON Time to open and it remains open for about 2 ms longer than the full size Electromatic XV Applicator. The turn off time lengthens with higher viscosities more rapidly that the standard applicator. It has a maximum operating pressure of 2000 PSI.

The ELECTROMATIC XXIV Air Atomized Automatic Spray Applicator applies precise amounts of low viscosity fluids at room temperature. It provides various pattern widths, flow rates, and pattern characteristics, with positive repetition, at high rate of speed. The external air atomizing concept produces a spray pattern, ranging from a fine mist, to a heavy wet coat, by mixing air and fluid as it leaves the spray head. Shape of the pattern can vary from a dot of approximately Ľ inch diameter, to a fan 12 inches wide, dependent upon fluid characteristics, tip and air cap design, pressures, and applicator distance from the substrate. Low air pressure minimizes over spray, and allows coatings to be applied to fragile webs. High pressure can drive the fluid into cavities, or apply large amounts at a distance from the substrate.
The Spraymation Mini ELECTROMATIC applicators have been improved! Coils and springs have been changed to increase operating speeds and allow for a wider range of viscosity's to be used. The extrusion models have had carbide plunger tips and stainless steel seats added for longer life. Contact Spraymation Sales Department for details about the new applicators. The "ELECTROMATIC 130 and 330 Series" could be of particular interest to your company for use in your fluid dispensing application. Weighing less than half a pound, the "ELECTROMATIC" presents no stress to traversing apparatus, yet it delivers the dispensing accuracy and reliability that the Spraymation ELECTROMATIC Series Applicator Heads have maintained for over 30 years. The ELECTROMATIC Applicator Head delivers many advantages when compared to air operated units as supplied by other manufacturers. The ELECTROMATIC Applicator has no dynamic packings or seals to wear or interfere with plunger operation. Its operation is clear and efficient, without leaking or drooling. Frequent maintenance is eliminated because the unit has only one moving part, which provides millions of trouble-free actuation's. Precise amounts of fluid are deposited, exactly where you need them - you do not have to make wasteful allowances for sluggish, imprecise actuation. The ELECTROMATIC is extremely fast, and requires no air for actuation. It is directly actuated by a built-in solenoid coil. It operates on a standard 24 VDC signal from your existing timing controls, and only requires .8 amps.

Slot coaters apply a uniform width pattern. As with all systems employing Slot Nozzle Applicators, the fluid tip (Slot Nozzle) is in direct contact with the product while dispensing the hot melt or cold adhesive. It is the user's responsibility to assure that the product is capable of tolerating the heat present in the fluid tip at operating temperatures. It is also the user's responsibility to assure that the product is supported such that it applies an even, constant pressure against the fluid tip during dispensing of the hot melt, to assure proper application of the material. Standard and custom sized models are available.
The ELECTROMATIC XV Automatic Airless Applicator Head is suitable to spray cold adhesives, marking fluids, perfumes, silicones, and similar materials, requiring small repetitive amounts to be accurately applied at high rates of speed. It utilizes spray nozzles to provide a variety of spray patterns, etc.. Because the ELECTROMATIC XV is an airless head, spray applications, except involving water-like materials, will usually require a high pressure pumping system. Spray applications can utilize either a pressure tank or pumping system depending upon material used, viscosity, etc. The ELECTROMATIC XV head incorporates a modular concept, which allows the user to remove the entire fluid section, which contains the gun's one moving part, as a unit. Which results in easier maintenance and less down time. Various models are available with difference being in seat orifice size and operating voltage of coil.
ELECTROMATIC XIX Automatic Applicator The air dispersed method of applying hot melt adhesive consists of extruding a solid stream of material into impinging air patterns. The impinging air patterns cause the material to "rotate" with a spiraling effect with the end result being interlocking, circular type patterns being applied. The width of the pattern, typically ―" to 1" wide, is controlled by a combination of fluid and air pressure, as well as distance of the applicator from the substrate. When patterns beyond 1" wide are designed, multiple applicator heads will be required if a clean edge is required.
The ELECTROMATIC XX automatic applicator head series is used for applications requiring multiple parallel lines or dots of hot melt or similar thermoplastic materials, where accurate placement and amount of material is important. The ELECTROMATIC XXV automatic applicator head series is used in the application of cold materials. The proven design principles of the patented ELECTROMATIC head have been applied to multiple outlet applicators to bring to the operation the advantages that ELECTROMATIC users have enjoyed for over thirty years. HIGH SPEED OPERATION….each outlet directly controlled by its own solenoid coil, with the shut off needle unhindered by any packings. UNSURPASSED ACCURACY…..responds to electrical signals, immediately and repeatedly.. Fire each outlet individually or all outlets together. Use sophisticated controls or simple switches. MINIMUM MAINTENANCE…..one moving part. No dynamic seals to wear or replace. INSTALLATION FLEXIBILITY…..standard models available with two or more outlets on various centers. Use single or multiple orifice tips. Side outlet tips for top and bottom applications. COST COMPETITIVE…..no air valves or piping required. Single hose supplies all outlets.
Spraymation ASME approved tanks, for use with unheated fluids, with capacities of 2, 5, and 10 gallons are now available with optional low level controls, and adjustable speed agitators, suitable for use with ELECTROMATIC XV, XXV, XXIV, and XXXV Applicator Heads and Spraymation DC Pattern Controllers. Standard material used for the cover gasket and quick disconnect fittings is Ethylene Propylene (EPDM). It is compatible with most fluids likely to be used in these tanks. It is not recommended for use with petroleum oils, or hydrocarbon solvent lubricants. Optional material is a Fluorocarbon elastomer, recommended for materials not compatible with EPDM. Fluorocarbon elastomers are usually not compatible with most fragrance compounds. Other exotic gasket and seal materials are also available for engineered solutions. The tank model andor quick disconnect fitting number selected determines the gasket material being used. Agitated tanks are recommended only when applying fluids that have solids that should be kept in suspension, or that must remain as a homogeneous mixture. Agitation is provided by a removable, adjustable speed air motor assembly rotating a stainless steel shaft and propeller. This ensures that the optimum stirring conditions can be easily obtained. An optional built in low level float switch may be connected to your equipment for alarm or monitoring purposes. Many models of these pressure tanks are CE marked.
The ELECTROMATIC X and XV Automatic Applicator Head Series are is suitable to extrude hot or cold adhesives, marking fluids, perfumes, silicones, and similar materials, requiring small repetitive amounts to be accurately applied at high rates of speed. It utilizes extrusion tips to provide a variety of patterns including dots, lines, multiple lines, etc. Extrusion applications can utilize either a pressure tank or pumping system depending upon material used, viscosity, etc. The ELECTROMATIC X andXV guns incorporate a modular concept, which allows the user to remove the entire fluid section, which contains the gun's one moving part, as a unit. Which results in easier maintenance and less down time. Various models are available with difference being in seat orifice size and operating voltage of coil.
Flow controls based on a flow transducer and fluid regulator or based on precision metering pumps are available now. All Spraymation flow controls are capable of operating with short atomizer trigger times (14 second) required by the short rapid passes of our Automatic Test Panel machines. Most flow controls require several seconds of flow for the fluid to stabilize to the set point. Our high speed systems adjust the flow 20 to 40 times a second giving fast response and accurate control. When used with new Automatic test panel Machines, the operating parameters are entered directly into the painting script and the fluid control happens with no other operator intervention. Systems based on a pressurized fluid source, flow transducer and fluid regulator minimize the amount of paint required to fill the system and allow for quick clean up cycles. More complex metering pumps can also be provided. These systems can include color changers with multiple pumps, ratio mixing for two component fluids, and automatic cleaning cycles. Stand alone systems can be configured for your specific painting application. They utilize computer control and can store mixing information and will record totals dispensed for environmental reports.
