Model XLPC load cell is a low range, compression pancake design. Ranges from 25 to 10, 000 lbs are offered in the same 2.26" diameter footprint for easy integration into new or existing applications. Popular low profile design for all sorts of testing and control uses and available with tension plates, overload stops, fatigue rating, and multiple bridge designs. The tecsis Model XLPC56 is a compression-only pancake load cell with a wide range of applications. This load cell features a versatile low profile design, rugged stainless steel construction, and outstanding performance in all conditions. Model XLPC56 is offered in diameters as small as 2.5 inches for the 5 lb range, up to 11 inches for the 500, 000 lb version. Standard output is 3mVV0.50% FSO, with internal amplification also available.

This robust tension and compression load cell delivers high accuracy for ranges from 250 to 100, 000 lbs. This pancake load cell is fully welded, manufactured from stainless steel and is barometric compensated to perform in the most demanding environments. The Model F6212 load cell is a low profile version of the popular donut style load cell and features a larger inner diameter. This unit is often used to monitor and control press-in manufacturing operations. Model F6212 is offered in outside diameters from 2.75" to 5" and inside diameters from 1.3" to 3.4". This heavy duty in-line load cell covers ranges to 40, 000 lbs. Commonly used in land based and offshore oil and gas applications to monitor wireline and slickline tension during well intervention, logging, and tool retrieval, or for mast and hook weight.
