The tecsis model F5301 and F53C1 load pins utilize thin film technology for high accuracy and proven performance when in use in clevis and shackle assemblies or any load bearing axle application. These load pins are available in ranges from 1, 100 to 45, 000 lbs (5 to 200 kN) and are ideal for dynamic or static measurements. Amplified output of 4-20 mA (2-wire) or 0-10 VDC (3-wire) is standard. All tecsis load pins are built for rugged use with high shock and vibration resistance and available with optional keeper plate, improved accuracy, and ATEX approval.

Model XLSR load cell is a high accuracy 'S-type' unit created specifically for the OEM market. With popular sizes from 2.4" to 7" tall, the XLSR covers a wide range of application requirements at a competitive price. Ranges from 50 to 20, 000 lbs. are available, with linearity and hysteresis of 0.02% FSO and repeatability of 0.01% FSO. Standard output is 2.7 to 3.3 mVV, with internal amplification also available.

Model FT2301 tensioncompression load cell utilizes thin film technology to create a highly stable sensor with exceptional shock and vibration resistance. The F2301 delivers 0.1% FS accuracy over ranges from 1kN to 100kN. This in-line load sensor is Ideal for use on hoists, cranes, and general process automation applications, with optional ATEXIECEx approvals for use in mining, chemical processing, and similar environments.

The tecsis Model XLPD load pin features our patent-pending design which achieves superior accuracy up to 0.25%. Most of the accuracy error in a load pin is the result of variations in the application of the load.
