It is a mixture of partial tri-ester of sorbitol and its mono and di -anhydrides with oleic acid. It is Non-ionic, Lipophillic (Hydrophobic, Oil Loving) surfactant. This ester is also used for preparing water in oil emulsifier for neutral and mildly alkaline and acidic pH systems. It helps to eliminate the oily film normally found after use of water in oil creams.

A mixture of the partial esters of sorbitol and its mono- and dianhydrides with edible commercial palmitic acid. SMP is a nonionic, mid-range HLB surfactant suggested for use as a wo or an ow emulsifier. It is slightly soluble in isopropanol, xylene and liquid paraffin, insoluble in water, and non-toxic.

PIBSI is a dispersantdetergent additive is used in multifunctional packages for middle distillates, especially for use in premium diesel fuel or heating oil. It considerably reduces soot formation and improves the fuel efficiencyeconomy . It provides excellent low temperature sludge and varnish control in gasoline engines and effective dispersancy for deposit control in both medium-speed and high temperature super-charged diesel engines. PIBSI also helps to reduce maintenance costs by providing corrosion inhibition. We manufacture PIBSI by the amination of the anhydride group of the PIBSA molecule with long chain polyamines such as DETA, TETA and TEPA.

Sorbitan monolaurate is a mixture of esters formed from the fatty acid lauric acid and polyols derived from sorbitol, including sorbitan and isosorbide. It widely used as surface active substances and raw materials . The chemical structure of the Sorbitan laurate combines a good environmental profile, especially in terms of ready biodegradability and no harmful effects on aquatic life, with the structural features required for their manifold uses. It functions as a surfactant and emulsifying agent. It is used as a wetter, emulsifier, emulsifier OW, and emulsifier WO.

Sorbitan monostearate is an ester of sorbitan (a sorbitol derivative) and stearic acid . The sorbitol end of the molecule is very soluble in water. The stearic acid end is soluble in fats. These properties make the molecule very good at making emulsions of oil and water. It is used to maintain a suspension of water and oil in a variety of products, and particularly in chocolates to maintain colour and shine. It produces stable OW emulsions with good aesthetics

SMO is a low HLB surfactant suggested for use as a wo emulsifier or as an ow emulsifier for use in cosmetic formulations, oil field chemicals, plastics, household products, coatings and textiles. The liquid sorbitan ester explosive grade functions as a low HLB nonionic emulsifier. This product is well suited for a broad number of applications including emulsifier in explosives.

Polyisobutylene Succinic Anhydride (PIBSA) serves as a chemical intermediate which helps in dispersion of hydrocarbon products. It is used as an additive for bio-fuels, emulsion explosives, lubricants, oil drilling, water treatment & coatings. It is derived from different grades of polyisobutylene by reacting it with maleic anhydride. We produce PIBSA of various grades marketed under brand name UNOL-7.

It is a linear polymer of isobutylene of different molecular weights, and possesses excellent resistance to oxidative and thermal degradation. Polyisobutylene is chemically inert, hydrophobic and impermeable to water vapour or gas. a synthetic liquid polymer, which is a straight chain hydrocarbon structure of Polyisobutylene that is produced in a variety of grades through a rigid low temperature polymerization process. It is derived from raw material consisting of mainly Isobutylene. The compact straight chain structure results in brilliant moisture and barrier properties and is soluble in a wide range of organic solvents.
