Chain Driven Belting

Mesh belting with chain attached to each edge for positive drive. The chain can be attached by rods that pass through the mesh or with channelbar supports that are boltedwelded to the chain. The construction method used is based on the capacity required and the mesh will be determined by the smallest part size. Most common meshes are balanced weave mesh woven to accommodate the support spacing. Common applications are ovens, quench tanks, washers, fryers, freezers and any application that requires positive drive to eliminate any potential tracking problems

Positive driven belt in 12 & 1 pitch variations. Used in straight running and radius applications (inside radius is 2.2 x belt width). Driven via a stamped U shaped link on each edge joined with a 6 gauge rod (.192). Available with mesh overlay for very fine or flat product. Commonly used on cooling or freezing conveyors and spiral towers in the food processing and baking industries.
