Custom OEM Air Filters are specifically designed and engineered to provide superior fit, function, filtration performance and the longest filter life possible compared to standard off the shelf filters. APC custom air filters can be designed to meet airflow ranges from 1 to 5000 SCFM with filter efficiencies ranging from 60 to 99.999995% at 0.3 microns including MERV filter ratings from 11 to 15. APC Filtration Inc. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer providing over 34 years experience in custom made, designed and tested air filters for global OEMs of industrial, commercial and domestic appliances and equipment. Virtually any filter shape can be made including heptagon, decagon, hexagon, pentagon, nonagon and triangle. Filter frames and end cap materials range from plastic (ABS, PVC, PS and more), polyurethane (Shore A to D scale), metal (extruded aluminum and galvanized metal), plywood and MDF (both standard and flame retardant). As a specialty custom shop, we are flexible and capable to provide quick turnaround on product design, prototyping, testing and production. Annual production capacity depends on the size and complexity of the air filter. APC can supply up to 1, 000, 000 small filters annually per year or fewer than 100, 000 filters for our largest size. APC complies with ISO 14129 particle count and ISO 9001:2008 quality manufacturing standards. The use of HEPA filters for use in critical air applications has been an industry standard many for years. Industrial, commercial, and laboratory settings, for example, require the use of HEPA filters to remove harmful particles from the air to keep equipment and employees safe. Changing environmental and safety regulations around the world have recently increased the demand for better perming HEPA filters. At APC, we know this shift towards improved filtration and lower energy consumption is beneficial for global manufacturers and end users of industrial, commercial and domestic equipment and appliances.HEPA filters must provide a minimum filtration level of 99.97% on particles down to 0.3 microns in size. These are strict standards that must be adhered to any filter that does not provide this minimum level of filtration is not a HEPA filter.
