The Accu-Print's universal master frame holds most frames, including re-tensionable, and securely locks into place for proper registration and print repeatability. The DC-controlled carriage drive ensures a smooth print stroke without any abrupt starts or stops.

Tool-free squeegee and floodbar pressure adjustment is also standard, a unique feature for this size press. Independent squeegee and floodbar locking angle adjustments, and independent speed controls for the squeegee and floodbar are also standard on the Accu-Print. The patented Squeegeelizer assures uniform print pressure across the entire squeegee blade, resulting in consistent tone throughout the image.

Single point off-contact control allows the proper screen snap as it comes off the fabric during the print stroke, and the Accu-Print can be set for "0" off- contact for challenging print jobs if necessary. The automatic peel rate is infinitely variable and easily adjusted for the specific requirements of each run.

The new, quick-release Stay-Flat aluminum pallet is warp-resistant, extremely durable, and built to last a lifetime. When it's time to change pallets for a new job, they release easily from the pallet support arm with the movement of just one lever. The Accu-Print can also be built with an optional T-shirt pallet or an overall pallet.

American M&M's Rototex II Manual Textile Printer offers the perfect combination of highly versatile production and easy operator handling.

Built with a low profile and height adjustable screen holder arms, the Rototex II can reduce operator fatigue and valuable production time. The high-grade ball bearing construction provides smooth carousel action and indexing for extended durability.

Rototex II's multi-directional XY registration system enables the operator to perform quick color-to-color setup. This heavy-duty system will not wear or vibrate out of register even during extended production runs. Off-contact control allows you to directly manage ink deposit for excellent fine line and halftone reproduction.

Rototex II can be ordered with American's original multi-pallet speed table, or, for even higher production speeds, try the Rototex II "all-heads down" synchronized speed table (optional). Each platen on this table is pre-registered at the factory to allow printing at any or all stations with +-.002" registration repeatability.

Each Rototex II is available with more optional features for even greater versatility. The optional JoystikTM Squeegee Holder takes your hands off the squeegee to lessen operator fatigue. Plus, by maintaining even pressure along the squeegee blade, you can obtain higher quality print results. Adjustable squeegee angle adapts to various production variables.

Other options include specialty platens for sleeve and pant leg printing. A jacket hold-down attachment also is available for printing lined nylon outerwear.
