Designed to operate with all Accu-Print, Accu-Print High-Tech, Mini, Micro and High-Tech V series or any press without a takeoff. The Accu-Lift Take-Off System automatically delivers stock to the dryer conveyor. No other system offers this range of performance or flexible features at any price. The pneumatically driven system operates smoothly and quietly, handling substrates such as paper, plastics, masonite and aluminum with ease. Separate controls for pickup and delivery cycle speeds provide efficient synchronization with press settings. Gripper bars are adjustable both from side to side and in and out. Gripper gap tension is easily set to accommodate varying stock thickness. Additional gripper bar assembly kits are available for retrofitting. Stock drop-off point is also adjustable. And the Accu-Lift knocks down flat for moving the unit within cramped spaces or tight doorways. Easy and fast to install on all A.W.T. Take-Off prepared presses.

A.W.T. World Trade, Inc.'s conveyor systems are engineered for high quality, high speed production. The chassis is solid, tough steel and the Fiberlon belt is strong and durable. They are ideal for conveying glass, wood, metal, plastic, bottles, cans, sheets, carpet, medical products, plastics and thousands of other applications. Easily adjustable solid state belt speed controls, standard conveyor length is 10' long with widths of 24" (61cm), 36" (91cm) 48" (122cm), 60" (152cm) and 72" (183cm). Larger sizes are available in any length. Optional vacuum hold-down and exhaust system firmly holds each sheet on the belt, preventing it from rolling over, while at the same time exhausting fumes as needed.
