The Print-A-Round Portable 3D Printer offers an economical and versatile way to enter a whole new dimension of screen printing.

With the Print-A-Round, you achieve clear, crisp imaging on a wide range of cylindrical objects. Optional mandrel attachments permit the printing of mugs, can huggers and tumblers. Optional roller attachments are used to print on pens, pencils and larger diameter objects.

The Easy-Stretch is a sensibly priced, all-mechanical screen fabric stretching system, designed to save printers, currently buying ready-made screens from outside suppliers, time and money. Compatible with metal or wooden frames and any standard fastening method you choose, the Easy-Stretch system is reliable and easy to use. Even if you have never stretched a screen before, you will be able to achieve professional results by following the simple instructions provided. For extra speed, choose the swivel base (not recommended for units over 48 x 48" - 122 x 122 cm) and Tension Quick speed knob options. Each one of the fourteen available models adjusts easily to accommodate a wide range of screen sizes. Maximum screen tension allows up to 20-25 Newton's ( 20 Newton's on units over 36 x 48" - 92 x 122 cm ), depending on mesh count and other factors. Use A.W.T. Liquid Seal fabric to frame adhesive with the Easy Stretch for optimum screen making production.

There are two different types of knobs. Regular ones and the Quick tension type.

With the regular, you stretch the mesh by turning the knobs by hand.

The Quick tension type, are the type that we change out and put a "nut" on the knob's end so you can stretch manually AND using a very low cost electric torque wrench to stretch the mesh, which is much faster.

Adding the quick tension knob feature, will allow faster stretching of larger frames.

The highly efficient Hercules multicolor graphics system is a multicolor press that prints and dries up to eight colors completely in sequence without inter-color substrate handling. Operators can remove a fully printed and cured multicolored piece, ready for packaging.

Outside-load print heads offer highly accessible micro-registration adjustments and unobstructed screen visibility for check or correcting screen position during setup and production. Ink is easily added while the press operates.

Smooth production handling with the Vibra-Jog Jogger unit. This versatile unit stacks stock in small piles which are easy to handle and ship. The optional brush transfer system allows lightweight sheets to be smoothly transferred from the conveyor to the jogger unit without falling between the two machines. The unit is constructed with a heavy duty guard for long life and durability. The Vibra-Jog is easy to setup with adjustable guides which accommodates different stock. Tiltable table is standard. The patented Stretch-Air Bar system stretches all monofilament and multifilament screen fabrics with speed and precision.

All five Stretch-Air Bar systems allow screens to be stretched right off the fabric bolt. The screen maker cuts the fabric from the bolt after is fully stretched and fastened to the frame. This eliminates unnecessary fabric waste.
The specially-angled Bars provide absolute fabric-to-frame contact. Equal counter-pressure is applied to all four sides for pre-press accuracy. The Power-Grip action pulls the fabric to the exact amount of preset, repeatable tension (as determined by using the AWT Screen Tension Meter).

Longer screens are easily stretched by using multiple bars, placed end-to-end, along the long sides of the frame. Extremely large screens stretched by using this multiple bar arrangement on all four sides.

A.W.T.'s exclusive squeegee holder option enhances sharpening uniformity by locking the blade into place during operation and is compatible with wood, metal or machine squeegee holders. Optional support bar feature allows bevel sharpening at 45 degree angles.
