Implantable Silicone Molding

MRPC produces medical device components molded with long-term implantable materials in our Class 7 (10, 000) clean room. We work closely with our raw material suppliers to provide the best material solutions for our customers requiring these specialized compounds.

MRPC's small precision presses produce accurate, repeatable molded silicone and thermoplastic parts, in many cases, weighing less than one gram. These components are used for implantable electromechanical devices, catheters, ophthalmic devices, cardiac rhythm management devices, neuromodulation devices and more.

We produce components with LSR, HCR Silicone, PEEK and PPSU materials in dedicated machinery designed specifically for high-precision molding processes. With combined expertise in material selection, part design and molding processes, we provide our customers with the highest quality components required for their critical molded components.

Our specialized capabilities in implantable material molding include:

Class 10, 000 certified clean room molding and assembly
Material selection assistance
