Silicone

For decades, MRPC has developed expertise in engineering and producing silicone components. Useful for heat resistance and rubber-like qualities, silicones are used in sealants, lubricants, adhesives and other components of long-term implantable medical devices and many other products. MRPC processes silicone materials and components in well-equipped, certified clean room environments. Silicone materials can range from HCR silicone (high-consistency silicone rubber) to LSR (liquid silicone rubber). For small to micro-molded products, we use high-precision silicone molding equipment to make parts weighing less than one gram. We also extrude silicone to produce medical tubing and profiles.
