Fist Grip Clips

WIRE ROPE DIA. 3/16

Fist Grip Clips are preferable to U-Boltclips. They can not be installed incorrectly (upside down) and they cause less damage to the rope. It is easier to torque the nuts from both sides. Also, fewer clips are required per splice as compared to U-Bolt Clips. Fist Grip Clips have to be re-torqued after a test load. Installation must be done by a TRAINED and COMPETENT person.For detailed installation instructions consult Unirope or your local Unirope Distributor. Wire rope strength will decrease to 80% of catalogue breaking strength up to 78" rope diameter, and to 90% above 78" rope diameter, even when Fist Grip Clips are properly installed.
