The KCS Silo Safety System for the safeguarding of silos consists of a central electronic monitoring and control panel which manages a series of silos and a component kit including, in the basic version, one power panel for each silo, a silo pipe connection, a pinch valve, a tanker coupling to the filling pipe, a maximum level indicator, a differential pressure switch or electronic pressure meter, a pressure gauge for the venting filter, a pressure relief valve, and an audible alarm.
MU Live Bin Bottoms (Multiple Screw Feeders) are equipped with a modular trough which encloses up to 6 shafted helicoid flight or paddle screws, externally flanged, fully protected end bearing assemblies complete with manually adjustable packing gland and shaft seal, a rectangular outlet spout covering the entire width of the bin bottom, bolted end plates, splined shaft couplings for medium heavy-duty, and flanged shaft couplings for the heavy-duty version.
CM-type are manually operated lever actuators suitable for the opening and closing of WAM Butterfly Valves, as well as WAM VSS-type Ball Segment Valves, as well as WAM DVA-type Diverter Flap Valves. CM Actuators come with splined shaft coupling bush according to DIN 5482.
AE-type Electric Gear Motor Actuators are suitable for 90° opening and closing of WAM Butterfly Valves and VSS-type Ball Segment Valves. AE actuators come with splined shaft coupling bushes according to DIN 5482 standards. Swivel action makes limit switches (MIC 23 or LSM 0) obligatory.
WASTEMASTER GCP Screw Screens consist of a screen basket, a conveyor screw and a compacting section. The GCE-type is almost identical with the GCP but misses the compacting section. WASTEMASTER GCP Screw Screens are suitable for applications in which screenings may not or cannot be compacted. GCP is designed for combined action of separating of solids present in the effluent and compacting and dewatering of screened solids.
WASTEMASTER GCV is a Vertical Screw Screen designed for operation in plants with minimum space available. WASTEMASTER GCV Vertical Screw Screen carry out solids-liquid separation with great efficiency by dewatering and compacting the effluent in a special discharge module.
WASTEMASTER GCPC is a Screw Screen that consists of a screen basket, a conveyor screw, and a compacting section. WASTEMASTER GCEC is almost identical with GCPC but misses the compacting section. It is suitable for applications in which screenings may not or cannot be compacted. Both machines are installed in a self-supporting container.
WASTEMASTER TSB1 carries out two different processes: separation of solids present in the effluent, as well as compacting and de-watering of separated solids. Sewage from septic tanks interceptors or industrial plants collected by special purge tankers, has to be pre-treated before being introduced into any kind of purification system. Suspended solids are retained by the screen increasing the level of liquid in the front part of the screen. At this point the screw starts operating, cleaning the screen by means of brushes fixed on the outer part of the screw flight, removing the material, then de-watering and compacting it.
WASTECOM CPS Screw Compactors consist of a conveyor trough manufactured from stainless steel, a shaftless extra heavy-duty spiral manufactured from carbon steel, a compacting and de-watering discharge module, a return duct for pressed out water, and a drive unit suitable for the application.
The CONSEP 5000 is an innovative Aggregate Reclaimer used in ready-mixed concrete batching plants for reclaiming concrete washed out from truck mixers, as well as in pre-cast concrete batching plants for the recovery of concrete from the moulds. The CONSEP 5000 is manufactured from galvanized carbon steel. It is made up of a U-shape trough and a large inlet batch hopper, both lined with wear-resistant SINT engineering polymer. The CONSEP 5000 comes with a wide outlet spout, a ribbon screw with individually replaceable segments coated with wear-resistant SINT engineering polymer, a bolted trough cover grid, and a robust gear motor which suits the application.
The RSM Manual Bag Opener consists of a grille with a rest fitted on its front. The grille is mounted on top of a hopper which is supported by four feet. A fabricated hood with protection door fitted on its front covers the hopper and grille. RSM Bag Openers are manufactured from high-finish-grade materials and come with or without integrated de-dusting filter unit. In the version with integrated dust filter the filter elements are pneumatically cleaned by reverse air jet.
SBB-type FIBC Dischargers consist of a steel frame complete with a material discharge hopper and an upper mobile cross bar for lifting of the filled up bag into the Discharger by forklift truck.
WAMAIR Vacuum is a polygonally shaped Dust Collector for negative pressure pneumatic conveying applications. Filtering elements are inserted horizontally or vertically while a compressed air cleaning system is integrated in the access door.
EASYFILL is a specialised FIBC Filling Station for cost saving collection of dust for disposal. EASYFILL can collect simultaneously dust from up to 4 filters equipped with a RECOFIL Recovery System. EASYFILL consists of a steel frame and a bulk bag filling unit including a semi-automatic system for bag sealing which prevents dust leakage during filling.
