The CPVC Pipe Extension is an optional feature that is screwed to the 3" NPT SMARTBOB2 Mount. The Pipe Extension keeps the sensor probe from being pulled into the standpipe, functions as a bushing, and keeps the cable from fraying on sharp objects if the sensor probe swings while taking a measurement. It also functions to keep the sensor probe flush with the vessel top. The extension pipes are available in CPVC, Galvanized Pipe, or Stainless Steel (SS). They are available in custom lengths from 4" to 20". The reason for a longer extension is so the SMARTBOB2 Remote can be mounted on a catwalk above the vessel and the sensor probe extended down to the vessel top for easy access to the remote.

The BINMASTER® Diffuser Air Pad is a cost-effective solution to many material flow problems. These Air Pads are ideal for a variety of finely ground dry materials such as flour or cement, or any material that tends to pack while in storage and then cling to the walls of the bin. When BINMASTER® Air Pads are installed, low pressure air is directed along the bin walls to ensure a continuous and even flow of material out of the bin. Multiple Air Pads are installed intermittently on the bin wall to help prevent packing of material along the sides of the bin and provide uniform material flow. At just 7-12" L and 3-34" W, the compact Air Pads can be adapted to any bin configuration. The non-clogging design is very easy-to-install, and mounting kits are available. BINMASTER SMARTBOB MultiBob Continuous Inventory System

The BINMASTER® SMARTBOB MultiBob Continuous Inventory System allows from 2 to 32 SMARTBOB Sensors to be mounted in a single bin, tank, silo , or any other vessel containing powders or bulk solid materials. The measurement data from each sensor is averaged in the advanced eBob Software based on user-defined parameters to provide a single level measurement and percentage full for the bin.

The MultiBob System is useful when installed in any bin where the User wants more data to determine inventory levels. The measurement data, as reported in feet by the SMARTBOB Sensor, is very precise and repeatable. Each sensor measures in the same location every time, detecting level changes in bins containing difficult-to-measure material, such as large diameter bins with areas where material tends to pile up.

In addition to multiple point measurement, the advanced eBob Software allows the User to add a strapping table to the bin parameters to further personalize the data for a particular bin. Strapping tables are helpful when the material in the bin tends to compact, which makes the bulk density of the material higher at the bottom of the bin than at the top. In a non-linear vessel, the addition of a strapping table will improve the estimated volume of material in the tank.
